Nice accommodations and we had a good night sleep. All shopping was so close. There was a workout room available and I was able to get a quick workout in. Option to get a complete breakfast or quick coffee and bagel.

A trip to the Windy City over Christmas, just my husband and I to take in the sites. Everyone from the bellman, to the desk clerk to the room service delivery man had service with a smile. The room was clean and up-to-date, the options for dining standard and the warm cookies upon check-in are a favorite.

"Christmas Getaway"

The hotel was amazing. When we stepped out of the taxi a bellman named Ben was the first person to greet us, he is an amazing man! We were early to check in and just wanted to them to hold our bags, but there were rooms already available and we checked in!! The room was spacious and comfortable. Location is great, just a couple blocks off Michigan Ave. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay here again

The staff here go above and beyond expectations. Everyone has a smile on their face and when they ask if you need anything, it is genuine! It's been a long time since I have this welcomed at hotel ( and I travel nearly every week)! My family and I won't hesitate to stay here again the next time we are in Chicago!!!

I recently attended a family function in Chicago. The hotel was a last minute booking but definitely was first class all the way....loved the corner king room and the place was all decked out for Christmas....looked beautiful! :)

Double Tree by Hilton Chicago 300 East Ohio Street Chicago, IL 60611 Dear Sir/Madam: I am writing to let you know about my experience in your Hotel. First of all I must say that you have a beautiful hotel with wonderful facilities. Whenever my husband and I travel, we always look for the Doubletree for various reasons and the main one is “the chocolate chip cookies”, they are the best in the world. This particular time we stayed, we brought our best friends with us and everything we told them about the Doubletree was right on the money and they were just as pleased as we were. We were a little early and hoping that we could check into our room early because we were pressed for time. We had to quickly get dressed and prepare for the Steve Harvey Show. We got us checked in so quickly we has time to spare and our longest wait was waiting for our husbands to get back from parking the vehicle…..it seem like it took them forever. We were escorted to our room treated our baggage with so much care. We also had an awesome breakfast. Everyone treated us with dignity and respect and we were amazed at the consistency in their performance and willingness to go the extra mile. They made us feel like we were on a special vacation. The staff was well groomed and took pride as representatives of the Doubletree downtown Chicago. I was so eager to send this positive feedback about my stay at Doubletree with my best friend and her husband and we look forward to our next stay. I wish the company much continued success and growth and with staff members that I mentioned in this letter, I can’t see it being any other way. "Super Customer Service"

Had such a great experience I had to leave a review right away, as I had read some negative reviews regarding customer service. We checked in later in the evening around 10:30, were greeted so kindly and given an upgrade to a room on the top floor with a view of the city. We were also given warm chocolate chip cookies, which were so great coming in from the cold rain of the city. The room was perfect and the location is close to everything on the mag mile. Thanks for a great stay!
